UNIK Online Electrode printer is specially designed for printing on wet electrodes as they come out of the Extruder before baking. The inking roller & the transfer rollers are precision ground & aligned to give a crisp image of the Electrode brand on the electrodes.

The Specifications of the machine are as follows :

• Width of the Printing on the Electrodes = 70mm Standard. 90mm wide printing on special request.
• Maximum printing speed = 1400 electrodes of 3.2mm wire diameter
• Power consumption = 180 watts
• Ink compatibility = Water based High temperature ink can be used.
